SMS program
SKILLECTS Workforce Solutions Private Limited (“SKILLECTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may send recurring promotional text messages to people who separately opt in through the SMS consent checkbox on the enquiry form at skillects.com. Messages may include information about SKILLECTS recruiting services, offers, and related business updates.
The SMS checkbox is optional, is unchecked by default, and is not required to submit an enquiry or purchase any goods or services. Providing a phone number or submitting an enquiry without checking the SMS checkbox does not subscribe you to promotional text messages.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. SKILLECTS does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply.
Opt out and get help
To stop receiving promotional text messages, reply STOP to any message from SKILLECTS. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@skillects.com.
You may also contact us to withdraw your SMS consent. We will process opt-out requests promptly. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communication channels you have separately requested.
Consent and mobile information
We send promotional SMS only to people who affirmatively opt in through our website form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We retain the phone number, opt-in status, consent timestamp, consent wording and version, campaign, and first-party source page URL as records of the opt-in.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Supported carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. The service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
